Summary In January 1999, Francis Coppola Brands launched its new line of Mammarella brand dried pasta, organic sauces and olive oil. In the latest move designed to offer a wider variety, production of the pasta rustica has been extended to include four new cuts of 100% organic pasta. Ricciolini, one of the four new organic cuts, is a hearty pasta with a short curvy cut shape. Ricciolini, along with the other three cuts, is made using antique bronze molds and dried on wooden racks as they were over 100 years ago. This age-old process gives the pasta its delightful tooth, or mouth feel.
