Cold Weather Shipping Notice: Testing has shown that the consistency of Earth’s Best jarred products change after being frozen and thawed. Though safe to consume, we feel the appeal of our product’s consistency is diminished. Historically some of our Online customers have notified us of a product satisfaction issue regarding consistency during the winter months.
Because the Online Store is a service provided for customers who cannot find our products locally, we are obligated to fulfill orders year round.
Please note a freezing risk may exist when ordering from our Online Store during winter months and a product consistency change may occur in our jarred food that has frozen in transit. Though product wholesomeness is not compromised, our consumers should be aware this may happen.
